I am enrolled into University for the Creative Arts programme and my application acceptance is provisional. Final acceptance of my application for enrolment into programme is with the University and I will not be able to hold TMUC liable for any non-acceptance.

This is also to confirm that I am responsible for the application of equivalency to the local regulator and TMUC is not responsible to entertain such requests and understand that TMUC is not responsible for my equivalency with the local regulator.

I also understand and commit that I will not take any legal action(s) against TMUC for exit award equivalency, academic interruption caused by poor academic performance or non compliance with Student Code of Conduct.

I will submit all coursework assigned to me within stipulated time and sit for the mandatory exams/ Viva Sessions (where applicable), failure to either will result in delay in my exit award and may cause a financial and academic penalty.
