I am a qualified Management Practitioner from Cranfield Management School, Royal Military College of Science Shrivenham, UK and has also done MBA (Marketing) and MS (Management Sciences). I am a Member of Society of Human Resource Management and also a Member of City University Peshawar ‘Industry Advisory Board (IAB)’. I had retired from Army as Brigadier on July 3rd, 2006 and thereafter served as Manager HR & IR Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd , GM Business Development & HR FINCON Inc, Director Project ERRA, Training Specialist at TESP-World Bank Project of HEC, HR & Admin Consultant at ASP-AiD USAID, HOD Management Sciences at BIMS ARID University. I have been a Visiting Faculty Member at Bahria University, APCOMS, Iqra University, SZABIST, AIOU, UCP, ARID University, UOL and Foundation University.
At the Department of Human Resource & Organizational Development TMUC perform a range of different HROD functions within TMUC HO and it’s all associated Campuses. The department is responsible for hiring and de-hiring the employees including Visiting Faculty, training and developing the resources, maintaining inter-office and inter-employees working relationships and also managing the compensation and rewards while ensuring value added contributions in the field of education management. The department works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the organization runs efficiently while incorporating all tools, technologies and mechanisms which benefit all stakeholders. The Department also emphasizes on change management to provide the organization with new structure and the ability to meet business needs of the Millennials.
