ACCA IR FEES
Student must ensure submission of ACCA IR FEE within 2 weeks after commencement of classes.

Dress Code
Students are to dress formally and represent themselves properly with clean clothes. Untidy and unkempt outlook is not appreciated. You may not be allowed to enter the campus facility if you are not wearing proper clothes. Dress pants and collared shirts are allowed, if you choose to wear jeans and T- shirt please note that they must be neat and not torn or informal. Shorts, chappals, open shoes are not allowed, and you may face pastoral and security staff stopping you at the gate. To avoid any such issues, look your best.

Attendance
Attendance of student will be marked on TMUC VLE. In addition, a manual record of attendance will also be maintained. Every month, a report of attendance will be sent to the respective parents. The student should give prior intimation in case of his/her inability to attend the classes. Department may not permit students who absent in excess of 15% of the classes from taking their exams.
4.
Discipline
TMUC will take suitable disciplinary action against the students (with or without informing the parent) for absence and late attendance (to classes, tests and study sessions), resorting to unethical, immoral or illegal practices, involving in misbehavior, refusing to follow the instructions of faculty/staff.

Feedback
Students are required to ll up an online Feedback Form accessed through QR codes placed outside classrooms or links shared by programme nominee
6.
Leave(s)
In case a student wants to take leave because of any family or medical emergency; he/she must notify programme nominee of via email in timely manner.
7.
Examination
It is mandatory for a student to attempt the exam as per Academic Manager advise with in 20 days of batch completion
8.
Fee Bill
A student not issuing fee bill (for next exam session) after 1 month of completion of previous session will be stuck off from the system
Daily Health Screening, Testing, and Contact Tracing ProtocolsI will monitor my temperature and participate in the College's daily health screening measures. If I have a change in my health status, I will follow the reporting protocol requirements and provide accurate and complete information with the Department Head and the designated Senior Official for Safety Protocols at my Campus
Stay homeI will stay home if I am sick with COVID-19 symptoms or know that I have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. I understand that I will only be allowed back to attend college if I have a medical report as evidence for COVID-19 negative test
Face coveringI will adhere to the guidelines for wearing a protective mask at all times, while on College premises. I understand that I will not be allowed entry to College premises without a face mask.
Practising Daily Self-CareTo the best of my ability, I will support my overall wellness. I will practice proper hand washing and respiratory etiquette (e.g. cover my cough). I will wash my hands thoroughly with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer.
Physical distancingI will adhere to college SOPs and will not try to access barred communal areas. I will practice physical distancing when meeting in smaller groups. I will take daily precautions to keep space between myself and others (6 feet of physical distancing, which is about two arm lengths).
Entrance and exitsI will use only the designated entrances and exits. Additionally, I will limit my movement around the Campus and stick to my own space as much as possible.
Daily Contacts DiaryI understand that I am required to maintain a Daily Contacts Diary to record where I go, when and who do I see while on Campus
OrientationI undertake to dutifully and diligently attending the orientation session(s) the college organises for me. Moreover, I will keep myself up-to-date with the guidelines and notications updated on my college website.
Priority considerationsI understand that the college has made necessary learning arrangements, as per the priority protocols advised by HEC and NSC, which may include face-to-face on campus teaching, blended learning or online distance learning without a compromise in learning.
