  • That I shall maintain minimum 85% attendance in all the subjects in order to clear my subject. If the attendance is below 85% then the management has the right to inform UH and award FREN (Fail Re-Enrol) which means I will have to re-enrol for that course and I shall have no objection to it.
That I shall submit all my assignments on or before the set deadlines in all the subjects in order to clear my subject, failing which, the UH has the right to award FREN (Fail, Re-Enrol)which means that I will have to re-enrol for that module.
That I am bound to submit a draft of my assignment; one week prior to the submission deadline; to my link tutor and the programme coordinator to ensure the academic standards of my work meet the criterion laid out by the University of Hertfordshire. Failure to do so may result in my withdrawal from the programme.
TMUC is not responsible for my academic pre-requisite that I may require for HEC (if any) rather it is my responsibility to complete HEC requirements as UH Top-up degree is an International qualification and this degree is awarded by an International Awarding body.
I would abide by the referral/deferral and Re-enrolment policy of UH which is as follows:
If a student fails, they will be able to attempt a Ref/Def assessment if they failed with a mark that is between 20% and 39%.
If a student fails a module with less than 20%, they will automatically be given a FREN, which means 'fail, re-enrol'.
Students given FREN codes will not be able to submit refer/defer assessments and they will need to re-register on that module. A re-enrolment fee per module will have to be paid in order for the student to repeat the module in a subsequent semester.
If a student achieves a 40% or above marks, then the student is considered as having passed the module and won't need to complete a ref/def assessment.
Ref/Def assessments are usually posted on student in August/ March/ June. Dates may vary but they will be specified in the module guides.
Any students repeating a module is allowed to fail again, and will be able to submit a last refer/defer assessment (assuming they achieved a mark between 20-39%).
I understand that if I fail to submit or pass the refer/defer assessments in the same module I will be given an FNFA code and will not be able to repeat the module, which means I will not be able to complete the programme.
That I understand and further undertake that The Millennium Universal College will not be held responsible for the outcome of the academic misconduct proceedings against me by the University of Hertfordshire as academic responsibility lies with me in all entirety, as conveyed to me at the start of the programme, through my student academic misconduct policies within the student handbook.

That the entries made by me in the TMUC and University of Hertfordshire (UH) Admission Application Form are correct and true to the best of my knowledge and based on records.
Furthermore, if it is found that any information is incorrect or any of the documents produced at the time of admission is false, which would have rendered me ineligible for admission under the rules, my name shall immediately be struck off from the College Roll and College can undergo legal proceedings against me.
