I understand that it is mandatory for me to appear in Internal examinations (Sessional in October, Midterms in December, Mocks in March, etc.) as scheduled by the college for Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in LLB Programme and that I must attain 60% marks in the midterms and have 80% class attendance to be able to qualify for registration for final UOL Examination, and for my examination entry to be sent.
The final decision for the student examination entries will be made right after the results for midterms are announced.
I hereby agree to The Millennium Universal College (TMUC) policy that if I'm not able to secure 60% marks in Midterms examinations, I shall not be allowed to sit in the UoL final examinations. This is specially applied to the subjects failed. The final recommendation will be made by the TMUC Assessment Grading and Examination Committee (AGEC).
I also certify that I will not be allowed to sit in my final examination held by the British Council, if am unable to attend at least 80% of the tuition classes (this includes tutorials) and achieve 60% and above marks in internal assessments.
The AGEC will judge my academic performance in Midterm examinations, and the UoL exam decisions will be made accordingly.

I understand that it is mandatory for my son/daughter to appear in Internal examinations(Sessionals in October, Midterms in December, Mocks in March at the Islamabad Campus) as scheduled by the college for Certificate of Higher Education Programme (Cert HE) and that he/she must attain 60% marks in the midterms and have 80% class attendance to be able to qualify for registration for final UOL Examination, and for her/his examination entry to be sent.
The final decision for the student examination entries will be made right after the results for midterms are announced by the Academic Committee and Rawalpindi Campus will only be responsible to communicate it to the student and Parents.
The institute will not be liable if the CHESS is extended to 2 years based on the student’s performance
The student and the parents will take full responsibility of confidentiality of the academic path throughout their CHESS.
