Executive Leadership Committee reserves the right to approve/ disapprove of any visits. I. All staff will plan visits in advance with consultation with their respective line managers. II. All staff will agree on a Visit Schedule at the before the commencement of each semester (July/ December/ March) III. All administrative and HR visit plans will be routed through Director HROD for final approval from Dean’s Office (and CEO’s office if required) IV. All academic visit plans will be routed through QAD for final approval from Dean’s Office (and CEO’s office if required) V. All admissions, marketing, student affairs related visit plans to be routed through Director MarCom and Partnerships for final approval from Dean’s Office (and CEO’s office if required) VI. The travel itinerary must be submitted at least a week in advance. VII. In case of an urgent visit requirement, the staff and department must seek special approval from Dean (and CEO if required) VIII. The Travel Request Form will be routed to Campus Manager (Islamabad), Dean’s Office, DHROD and QAD. IX.
