Quality Assurance Department
The Quality Assurance Department of The Millennium Universal College (TMUC) is integral to ensuring quality in both academic delivery and management across the range of programme qualifications, at par with international expectations. Not only are we the guardians of the TNE collaborative provision but also one-stop support and enhancement provider when it comes to staff capacity building, recommending sustainable solutions through targeted review and reporting. We develop policy and standardize practice through the use of 360 feedback, and have academic oversight through academic and assessment boards. We safeguard student engagement and learning from the time of enrolment to their successful graduation, so that they experience quality education in their student life with TMUC.
