TMUC was honoured to host other esteemed guests from Pearson UK and the British Council, including Ms. Amanda Ingram, Exams Director, British Council Pakistan; Mr. Waqar Shah, Deputy General Manager, Pearson Pakistan; and Mr. Muhammad Furqan, Regional Development Manager, Pearson Pakistan. Their presence reflected the strength of TMUC’s collaboration with international partners and their shared commitment to empowering youth through education.
The ceremony began with an empowering procession that set the tone of reverence and pride. The event gathered distinguished guests, faculty members, proud parents, alumni, and the graduating Class of 2025, marking a significant milestone in TMUC’s commitment to empowering global learners through international education.
The event commenced with a welcome note on behalf of Dr. Faisal Mushtaq (Tamgha-i-Imtiaz), Founder & CEO TMUC Higher Education Group; Ambassador Masood Khan, President TMUC Higher Education Group; Ms. Anna Faisal, Executive Director; and Ms. Amna Salik, Dean of Academics and Internationalization.
In her welcome address, Dean Amna Salik highlighted TMUC’s strategic leadership in transnational education and its strong partnership with Pearson UK — one of the world’s foremost awarding bodies for skills and academic qualifications. She emphasized that TMUC’s BTEC Higher National qualifications, regulated by Ofqual (England) and recognized by over 300 universities globally, equip students with internationally benchmarked skills, academic excellence, and real-world readiness. She further shared that the Higher Nationals pathway culminates in a Top-Up Year, enabling students to complete their degrees. TMUC offers the one-year Top-Up programme from the University of Hertfordshire and the University for the Creative Arts (UK), providing exclusive progression opportunities for Higher National graduates.
Ms. Amanda Ingram, in her address, commended TMUC’s vision and the remarkable achievements of Pakistani students pursuing international qualifications under secure and high-quality academic frameworks.
Representing the graduating class, Muhammad Hamdoon Khan shared heartfelt reflections on the collective journey, acknowledging the unwavering support of TMUC faculty, peers, and families.
In his inspiring address, Dr. Faisal Mushtaq (TI) congratulated the graduates on their academic success and reaffirmed TMUC’s mission of transforming Pakistan’s education landscape by bridging local talent with global opportunities. He praised TMUC’s faculty, administration, and international partners for their dedication to fostering innovation, sustainability, and excellence in higher education.
Ambassador Masood Khan, President TMUC Higher Education Group, delivered a powerful keynote on global citizenship, education diplomacy, and the vital role of Pakistani youth in shaping the future of international collaboration. His address underscored TMUC’s position as a forward-looking institution committed to preparing its students for global leadership.

She recognized the graduates’ achievements as a testament to the effectiveness of TMUC’s student-centred approach and Pakistan’s growing contribution to the global education community.
One of the most anticipated segments of the evening was the High Achievers Award Ceremony, celebrating outstanding TMUC students who attained 12 or more distinctions — a reflection of academic rigour, determination, and intellectual brilliance. Awards were presented by Dr. Faisal Mushtaq, Ambassador Masood Khan, Ms. Jane Baker, and senior leadership from TMUC, Pearson, and the British Council.
The event also featured faculty appreciation awards, recognizing the invaluable role of TMUC’s educators from the School of Creative Arts, School of Computing and IT, and School of Business and Social Sciences in shaping the success stories of the Class of 2025.
A special moment in the ceremony was dedicated to TMUC’s national expansion milestone — the launch of two new purpose-built TMUC campuses in Abbottabad and Peshawar, taking the institution’s network to eight campuses nationwide. The project teams behind these developments were honoured for their extraordinary dedication and contribution to TMUC’s growth and innovation.
The evening concluded with a memento distribution for the esteemed guests and collaborators, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony led by Dr. Faisal Mushtaq, Ambassador Masood Khan, Ms. Jane Baker, and Ms. Anna Faisal, symbolizing a collective celebration of achievement, collaboration, and educational excellence.
The TMUC–Pearson UK Graduation Ceremony 2025 celebrated not just the achievements of its graduates but also the institution’s ongoing commitment to quality education, innovation, and global engagement.
