TMUC Collaboration with National Incubation Centre
The Millennium Universal College (TMUC) Pakistan and the National Incubation Centre signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate and promote Industry linkages and to be strategic partners in promoting entrepreneurship mindset in millennial.
The Millennium University College Chief Executive Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq (TI) and National Incubation Centre Chief Thinking Officer Parvez Abbasi signed the MoU at TMUC H-11/4 Islamabad campus on 26th April 2018.
Citing the undertaking as a milestone in his mission to promote entrepreneurship in Pakistan, Mr. Faisal Mushtaq stated, “This partnership will allow students to be mentored by industry leaders which will give them confidence to start their own business ventures”
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Parvez shared his thoughts on the incubation efforts NIC has been part of and stated the importance of inculcating the entrepreneurship mindset in the youth that will give rise to new business avenues in Pakistan.
He further highlighted the importance of this partnership between The Millennium University College (TMUC) and National Incubation Centre, as it would help facilitate not only university students but also school students and faculty.
TMUC Fashion Incubation Centre is a fashion business development program designed to support the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs in Pakistan graduating from TMUC. The mission is to help grow and sustain the businesses of the students studying Fashion and Textile Programme over the course of the two years.
TMUC Fashion Incubation Centre will provide a creative professional environment to foster promising fashion talent, and help Learners grow and sustain their businesses. By offering free design studio space, business mentoring, educational seminars, and networking opportunities the program provides a way for participants to reach their full potential and become an integral part of the Pakistan fashion community.
