Islamabad June 2024: The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), Islamabad formalizes 1st Annual Counsellors Colloquium on Thursday 6th June 2024, a significant gathering of over seventy plus counsellors from renowned schools and universities participated. The event featured engaging panel discussions and informative individual sessions conducted by expert speakers at TMUC, Sector H-11/4 Islamabad

The Panel Discussion revolved around Possibilities to Progression, where the speakers discussed about the Importance of mentorship in crafting future leaders. They also highlighted the aspirations and challenges of today’s generation, and the hurdles students encounter after graduation with the possible solutions. Moreover, Parvez Abbasi stressed on Recognizing the necessary skills students need for a successful transition into the professional world. Whereas Mashal khan, Haroon Rasheed and Farhan Naeem stressed on the challenges students face post-graduation and the essential skills needed for their professional lives in the Panel Discussion.
During his address CEO and Founder TMUC, Dr. Faisal Mushtaq-National Guidance Counsellor emphasized that education should encompass more than just academic excellence and be designed to nurture each student’s intellectual, emotional, and ethical development. By integrating rigorous academic curricula with extracurricular activities, community service, and leadership training, we must ensure that our students emerge as well-rounded individuals prepared to tackle future challenges. He encouraged all the educationists to provide each student with the opportunity to achieve their academic and personal best. A personalized approach to counseling will ensure that every student receives the attention and guidance they need to navigate the complexities of their educational paths.
Addressing the counsellors the chief Farrukh Amil Chairperson intellectual property organization emphasized on the importance the crucial role counsellors play in shaping future leaders and understanding the evolving landscape for today’s generation. He appreciated the counsellors while commending the TMUC leadership for organizing this event which is full of opportunities, and learning.
