The conclave commenced with opening remarks and a presentation of TMUC’s vision for hospitality education by Dr. Faisal Mushtaq, Founder and CEO of TMUC Higher Education Group. He emphasized the transformative potential of hospitality and tourism as engines of economic development and highlighted TMUC’s strategic commitment to offering globally benchmarked hospitality programmes. This was followed by a comprehensive overview of TMUC’s academic framework, pathways, and international partnerships by Mariam Qasim and Salman Rashid Sheikh.
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Major General Adnan Asif Jah Shad, who delivered a compelling keynote address on “The Role of Green Tourism in Shaping Pakistan’s Tourism Industry.” He shared valuable insights into sustainable tourism development and discussed how strategic initiatives in eco-tourism and destination management are positioning Pakistan as a world-class tourism destination while creating employment opportunities and empowering local communities.

The discussion explored emerging business models, evolving consumer expectations, heritage tourism, leadership, and entrepreneurial opportunities within Pakistan’s hospitality ecosystem.
