Admission Criteria: The normal entry requirements for the programme are:

O Levels: Minimum of 8 passes

English: A minimum grade of C is required. Applicants with a grade below C may be considered if they achieve a minimum score of 50 in the Pearson Versant test.

A levels: Grades A–E in A Levels, Intermediate, or an equivalent qualification such as an Access to HE Certificate or another approved equivalent are acceptable.

How you will Study:  

At the University of Hertfordshire, everything you need for your course is on CANVAS, our Virtual Learning Environment. This Learning Management System enables the lecturers to create digital courses, manage assignments, and facilitate communication. It works by providing a centralized, customizable dashboard for users to access course materials, submit work, take quizzes, and view grades via web browsers or mobile app. 

You will have 20 lectures on a 30-credit module and 10 lectures on a 15-credit module. Each lecture will be a pre-recorded and uploaded to the relevant Canvas module site as a video.  Each lecture will focus on the substantive topics that will be covered during the module.  This type of delivery allows you to study at your own pace with far greater flexibility as to how and when you study. It also provides you with a great revision resource that can be repeatedly listened back to ahead of assessment submissions.
